Shipping & Handling
We are pleased to offer three shipping options—standard, second-day, and next-day. Orders shipped via standard ground carriers deliver on average within 7-10 days. Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes; we must have a street address.
- For orders of less than $500.00, add 10% for standard shipping and $5.95 for handling
- For orders of $500.00 or more, add 10% for standard shipping and handling
Second-day shipping is available for an additional 10% of the product cost over the standard shipping costs stated above.
Next-day shipping is available for an additional 15% of the product cost over the standard shipping costs stated above; the minimum charge is $12.
Payment Options
We accept completed and valid purchase orders, checks drawn on a U.S. bank, or MasterCard®, VISA®, or American Express® credit cards. Shipping charges must be included.
Sales Tax
If your organization is exempt from sales tax, please be sure to include a copy of the sales tax exemption form with your order. Otherwise, sales tax will be charged where applicable.
Bulk Pricing
Discount pricing is based on a designated quantity of the same product by title and grade, and not the total number of items ordered. This applies even to multiple products within a series. Prices in this catalog are subject to change.

Free Teacher’s Guides
Where applicable, Teacher’s Guides are provided FREE with orders of 10 or more books of the same title. For orders of fewer than 20 books, Teacher’s Guides are available for purchase at $5.99, plus shipping & handling.
Returns
If you need to return Triumph Learning materials that you have ordered, please contact Customer Service. Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date and all material must be in clean, saleable condition. Stamped books will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
